Phantom of the Opera & Lunch

Hark! The Basement Ladies Sing

It's December 1960 and the Church Basement Ladies are back! Members of this rural community have gathered around their reel-to-reel tape player to record a special Christmas greeting for one of their boys serving overseas. Lots of fun episodes, so come along "Fa La La" with the Ladies as they deck their fellowship hall. First, a yummy buffet lunch of glazed ham, hash browns, etc. is included at the Ames Theater.

"Beyond the Rainbow: Garland at Carnegie Hall"

The History Theatre presents a morning matinee, a classic musical tribute to Judy Garland. Award winning actress/singer, Jody Briskey performs as Garland and tells Judy's story from her childhood in Grand Rapids to Hollywood and "beyond the rainbow." It features some of Garland's greatest songs including "Get Happy," "The Trolley Song" and "Over the Rainbow."
